Portland trip

Well, I've been here in Portland for few days now, and finally got over to the Apple store and bought this cute little iPad2 3G. It is amazing and I am so glad we got it. I'm entering this blog in my mom's living room, rather than the computer/library across the parking lot. This way I can stay with mom and do my thing at the same time!
I have a few pictures to add to this blog, but will need to get to a USB port for that.
It's been an interesting stay thus far, and sometimes a bit confusing. For instance, I may leave mom to go to Noah's little league game and to dinner with my friends, and when I return, mom has forgotten completely where I went, or even who I am. Ouch. I do know her condition drives these behaviors, but sometimes it really frustrates me. I love my mom, and that really is all that matters.
Went to church out in Troutdale and was able to see many people from our old ward. Angie Holwege had her little boy yesterday, so I didn't get to see her.
The weather has been in the 70s and 80s, and during noah's game yesterday, I got a little sunburned. (don't tell Bill)
