Never Wash Your Car Before it Rains!

I just have to write this down so I don't forget it.  It has been pretty rainy here in St. George today, and for that matter on and off this past week.  Well, Bill has been wanting to wash our cars, and he thought a great way to do it (and save on water), would be to do it while it is raining.  You have to know Bill, to understand this.  Anyway, he went outside just a bit ago with his soap, water bucket and rags, and proceeded to wash the cars.  I didn't really think he was going to do it, but heck, what did I know?  I haven't been outside to see his work, yet (it's raining) but he claims he got them clean, and the rain is doing the rinsing.  Oh, dear.
