Stay tuned...Red Velvet cupcakes!

I'm in the process of baking my first-ever red velvet cupcakes...ick, what a mess! Here's a picture of my first batch.

 I'm going to take most of them to school, because Bill doesn't eat much sugar (poor guy) so that just leaves the rest of them for me to chow down! The guys (teachers) in the faculty lunch room will be the benefactors of the other dozen!
